"Gewurztraminer Wild Ale with fresh Passionfruit.
On the vine is a cheeky single barrel expression from our beer with Mac collaboration with out mate Mac Forbes. This single barrel was swiftly isolated after tasting back in late 2023 and spiked with fresh passionfruit pulp from the sunshine coast for further refermentation in bottle. The result is a wonderfully dry yet bright wine-hybrid wild ale. Sante!" -La Sirene
