"Weighing in at a wonderfully refreshing 2.8%, this is a young wild ale that was barrel aged for a mere 12 weeks in premium Burgundian barriques. We freshly carved juicy Victorian apricots and threw them in the barrel to ferment along with the beer.
Through the lovely white, almost apricot-coloured head, catch a whiff of the wild aromas from this little jam-packed fruited wild ale. The wild aromas interplay beautifully with the evident fresh apricot notes. Flavour-wise, expect a dry and fruity, yet super refreshing ale. This light ale finishes with an intrigue typically reserved for higher ABV wild ales." - La Sirene
