Slight smoky, sweet, herbal and dry flavor. Smooth notes of liquorice and root.

Koch Barril is made with 100% wild maguey Barril by mezcalero Adrian Bautista in Rio de Ejutla. This mezcal is herbaceous and smokey.

Before the harvest, this wild agave is left to mature for 12 years, the distillation takes place in a copper alembic with cooling and grinding plates. The alcoholic richness comes through the cutting of tips and tails." - Mind Spirits
