Fouesnant Cider is made from apples grown in our orchards located in the Fouesnant region. This Fouesnant cider respects the blend of heritage varieties, hand-harvested from our unweeded orchards (total natural grass cover).

The apples are hand-sorted, and pressing takes place when the fruit is fully ripe, from late September to December.

The fermentation of this cider is slow and culminates in a natural secondary fermentation in the bottle over approximately two and a half months, resulting in a fine and easy-to-digest bubble." - Manoir du Kinkiz
