"Brewed in collaboration with the team at Audacious Monk Cellars in Preston, Victoria. The idea was born when Nathan & David got chatting about favourite styles and specifically ones that were now hard to find. Modelled on a famous Canadian brew, this beer embodies the soft hearted but rugged edged characteristics from the lumberjacks of yesteryear.
A smoked gum whisky infused Belgian Amber Ale. Brewed light to allow both the whisky and delicate malt character to shine through. A glorious combination of malt based beverages.
