"This beer is a combination of Kolsch base malts, fermented with Belgian yeast and dry-hopped with Cryo-Citra and Australian Galaxy and Vic Secret hops. The combination of the aromas from the yeast and hops produces a floral aroma akin to bursting jasmine, with pale malts providing a clean canvas to showcase the amazing flavours at hand. At 4.4% it is our way of entering into spring with a wonderful sense of the floral and fruity bounties that will soon become available.
