"We brewed Brave Noise batch 2 with softened well water, San Jacinto Two Row, Denton County Wheat, flaked oats, and Mosaic, Amarillo, and El Dorado hops. We fermented this hazy pale ale wort with California Ale yeast. We dry hopped with Mosaic Cryo, Citra, and Sabro. The result is a highly aromatic and drinkable pale ale that's a hybrid of the West Coast and New England styles." - Jester King
