"Meticulously hand-selected according to clonal ripeness, this Pinot Noir was batch fermented utilising both indigenous and cultured yeasts.
A vibrant light to medium-bodied Pinot Noir, opening with lifted aromas of raspberry, ripe strawberry and red cherry, with a delicate floral note of violet. Subtle toasty oak adds warmth and complexity without overpowering the fruit.
The palate is silky and plush through the mid-palate, balanced by a savoury edge of orange peel and a touch of nutmeg spice. Fine, dry tannins provide structure and length, carrying the wine to a lingering finish with gentle persistence." -Invercarron
