"Our 2024 Picpoul is a sustainably certified wine. Once again we have created a refreshing white wine that boasts vibrant citrus and green apple notes, with a subtle mineral undertone. On the palate, it is bright and lively, with zesty acidity that makes it the perfect pairing for oysters or any seafood and light summer fare. This wine is hand-crafted from grapes grown on our sustainably farmed vineyard, whole bunch pressed and slowly fermented over 14 days.
