"Single vineyard Fiano from the Hugo estate. This wine is fresh and crisp yet also showing layers of complexity with weight and texture. There is not much Fiano planted where we are located in the McLaren Flat foothills so we were a really excited to see the potential of this variety on or vineyard.
Tasting Notes A medium bodied Italian varietal white showing subtle nutty aromas, with fresh pear, citrus, lemon & lime flavors on the palate encased by rich and waxy texture. Fiano with its high natural acidity is perfectly suited to Mclaren Vales Mediterranean climate allowing us to make fresh crisp textural whites even in a warm climate." - Hugo Family Estate
