"Location: Woodside area is on the Eastern side of the Adelaide Hills close to Mount Barker on the Onkaparinga Valley Road.
Main occupations: Grazing, dairying, market gardening and smaller vineyard holdings.
Climate: Moderately cool which means slower growth on the vine. This creates elegant, balanced wines.
Winemaking: Made from hand-picked small berries, the fruit underwent natural fermentation on skins in open-topped fermenters. Hand-plunged daily, then pressed to a large oak vat for maturation." - Hillbilly
