"This wine is dedicated to Henning Rathjen, the Pioneering vigneron of the family who discovered his own Paradise in the Colbinabbin sub-region of Heathcote in 1858.

Paradise Shiraz is only made in minuscule quantities from the greatest vintages. The higher quality grapes are hand-picked and sorted and then 100% whole bunch fermented. The wine is matured in super premium new French Oak for up to 2 years and then aged in bottle before release. The wine is minimally fined and unfiltered to retain maximum flavour and complexity. This is the finest and rarest wine they produce from their historic vineyard and property founded by Henning Rathjen.
