"The 2021 Rieslings from Eden Valley are highlighted by their unusually highacidity. 100% malo-lactic fermentation on lees in oak for a full year with no need for Sulphur until bottling. The wine was also allowed to stabilize naturally, un-fined & lightlyfiltered. A textural style with citrus, pine-apple, lemon and grapefruit together with a long, salty, honeyed, minerally finish.
