Hawkers - Fashionably Punctual: Late Harvest West Coast IPA

"Building on the notion that hops are significantly impacted by terroir, Fashionably Punctual is an experiment in the influence the grower has on the hops. While climate, soil, and latitude play an important role, the influence doesn’t stop with the land. This instalment in our Experimental Series compares the harvest date of the same hop varietal from the same farm. Working with Freestyle Hops of New Zealand, we’re using the same base beer to contrast early vs late harvest Nelson Sauvin hops.
