"Hand picked Gruner Veltliner from a vineyard in the Kenton Valley. The fruit was gently destemmed and left to develop flavour and texture from the skins before pressing to seasoned French oak barriques (225l). The wine was left to ferment in barrel over 6 months before blending and bottling.
