"When Masa from UCHU was out for the legendary Mountain Culture, The Gathering Festival we knew straight up we needed to do a second collaboration. Some of you might remember Mirai our first collab, well we wanted to go bigger and better. Enter Cho Mirai. We started with a double mash to give a very lush and full mouthfeel (our first time for an IPA). Then absolutely loaded this thing with every hop product we could get our hands on. Carefully layering each hop for maximum flavour and aroma. For this we used Citra, Nelson and Krush T-90, Citra Dynaboost, Citra Hyperboost and Waimea Cold Pressed Hop Juice. The result is the biggest dry hop we have ever done on a beer (quadruple)." -Future
