‘Black Flank’ has a beautiful sweetness to it with notes of sherbet, orange slice and caramel. It is complemented and contrasted well by Deeds own ‘Dark Seas’ Akoya Oyster Stout, with a nice earthy toastiness and a very subtle brininess that accentuates as the beer warms.
