Our saison, Constant State, pours a lovely golden straw colour, and is highly aromatic. Constant is all about lemon peel and delicate floral notes, finishing with a super fruity freshness and spice. It is our go-to after a day at the brewery, not only because of it's soft pillowy mouthfeel (due to being brewed in our open fermentor), but also for how gosh darn smash-able it is.
