"body_html": "<p><em>Born In Time (Golden Sour Beer Aged in Oak w/ Feijoas) is amongst our favourite fruited beers we release each year - and we're not the only ones.</em></p>
<p><em>If you haven't had one before, a feijoa tastes of a mix between a strawberry, kiwi fruit, and pineapple, with delicate floral notes. Native to Brazil, it is now becoming more popular in the southern hemisphere, particularly in NZ & here in Aus.</em></p>
<p><em>In May, we transferred a blend of Golden Barrel Aged Sour Beer onto a load of Yarra Valley feijoas from our friends at Rayners Orchard. The fruit spent eight weeks refermenting in oak with the beer, gaining complexity and character, and was then bottled to allow for conditioning.</em></p>
<p><em>As expected, this years Born In Time is vibrant and aromatic with tropical notes of pineapple, sweet guava, and kiwi fruit. The palette is bursting with fresh feijoa, gorgeous acidity, all the while balancing funk and oak. This is a classic Future Mountain."</em><strong> - Future Mountain</strong></p>
