Distiller Rose Kentish is no stranger, nor slouch, to the industry having produced award winning wine in SA and France along with being one of the co-founders of Sparkke. Following their commitment to sustainability the botanicals are often hand-picked from gardens within their community.
Their Lemon & Thyme gin uses fresh thyme straight from the garden and lemons sourced from the Riverland. The fresh lemon lifts out of the glass and smoothly integrates with the juniper while the thyme subtly works its way to the forefront of the finish and your left with a mouthful of savoury aromatics befitting of the colder months. This gin is not only perfect for your classic G&T but will also pair beautifully with food, such as enjoying alongside a roast chicken.
