"A classic blend of Roussanne, Savvy B & Viognier, grown on Taungurung Land of the Kulin Nation. Viognier and Roussanne from the mineral driven site of Box Grove on the flood plains of the Goulburn River. Sauvignon blanc from an elevated, granite-ridden site in the Strathbogie Ranges. Handpicked and pressed to a 50:50 mix of oak and stainless steel. Sauvignon blanc spending a week on skins prior to pressing. Wild ferment.
A fresh and zesty number. Pear, citrus and fleshy white stone fruit. Hints of meadow wild flowers, possibly dandelions, with a beeswax texture." - Fin Wines
