"Inspired by the wines of Europe our Luminoso Rosé is all about savoury texture whilst retaining the fresh line of the natural acidity preserved through early picking.
A dry savoury Rosé made predominantly from the Sicilian red grape Nero d’Avola. Grapes for this wine are picked early for the sole purpose of making Rosé, picking early ensures the natural acidity in the grapes is retained, key to making a refreshing Rosé.
The juice is fermented cool to retain freshness and spends up to 6- 8 months on full less, part in oak and the balance in tank. Some stirring is undertaken to create a bright yet textural style of Rosé." -Eldorado Road
