"The 2019 Eden Hall Block 3 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from selected rows in Block 3, pruned to two arch canes. The wine spent 18 months in French oak (40% new). It is crimson red in colour with a cassis and savoury nose. The palate opens with dark ripe fruits followed by sour cherry and lingering soft tannins. A very approachable Cabernet that can be enjoyed now and cellared beyond 2030." -Eden Hall
