{ "available": "false", "body_html": "<p>Domaine Rolet was founded in 1942 by Désiré Rolet before being passed on to his children. Today, the Domaine's vines average 45 years old and span 65ha across the Jura region of Eastern France, with vineyards in the AOCs of Arbois, Cotes du Jura, l'Etoile, and Chateau-Chalon. </p> <p>Classic Jura varieties are planted across steep slopes on appropriate soils; Chardonnay (light marls), Savagnin (grey marls), Poulsard (red &amp; blue marls), Trousseau (heavy gravels) and Pinot Noir (light marls). Vines are tended through organic farming practices, and hand-harvested each year producing yields between 15-50 hl. Further sorting ensures that only the best quality grapes are seen through to barrel.
