This beer was brewed specially to celebrate the launch of our Denver & Liely x Carwyn Cellars Beer Glass

From our best selection of aged sour beer. Barrel fermented Belgian ale strains combine with nuanced spontaneous fermented barrels. Biodynamic berries, cherries and new oak were immersed in the blended ale at low temperature and allowed to free rise to near complete fermentation. The best components of all the ingredients should be audible but none should detract from the other, truly a masterpiece in harmony and all to celebrate this red letter day. - Dollar Bill Brewing
