"The estate Chardonnay encompasses Margaret Rivers vast ability to create some of Australia’s best wines from the legendary Gin Gin clone.
From a selection of northern and southern vineyards this wine was fermented in a combination of seasoned and new oak barrels, using only indigenous yeasts for wild fermentation. With minimal fining and no acid additions, this Chardonnay showcases Deep Woods’ dedication to site selection and pure varietal expression.
Aroma: This wine exhibits ripe stone fruit, grapefruit and subtle honey/biscuit characters.
