"We’ve made Japanese influenced beers before but never with a Japanese brewery! Connected by our mates at Benchwarmer, we jumped at the opportunity of collaboration with Kyoto Brewing Company to build a beer to be enjoyed in Australia and Japan. KBC make great beers with a focus on Belgian and European styles, we wanted to pay homage to this and bring a little bit of Japan into the mix. Adzuki Beans & Kinako are used through the brewing and fermentation to bring a nutty, sweetness into this rich, balanced Belgian Quad.
