Based on our first Hazy Double IPA, originally brewed for GABS, In Vino Veritas represents what beer can be with a little creative thinking.
This juicy Hazy DIPA is made with Sauvignon Blanc Grape Must added mid-fermentation and then dry hopped at a rate of 20g/L with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Galaxy. It pours a vibrant golden colour with aromas of white wine, fresh gooseberries, and tropical fruit bursting from the can.
