Brewed at our home at Shiraz Republic, Night Terror began as a robust, high-gravity dark ale before being infused with estate-grown Shiraz juice.

To extract the true "soul" of the season, the fermenting ale underwent a seven-day maceration on crushed Shiraz skins, drawing deep tannins & colour directly from the fruit. The result is a powerhouse profoundly tied to the land." - Cornella
