"Hand-picked from select rows in our cool climate Eden Valley vineyard, the grapes are lightly basket pressed (20% whole bunch) before fermentation takes place in barrel. Regular lees stirring and 8 months maturation in new and seasoned French oak barriques give the wine added complexity.

Delicate, classic aromas of white peach, opulent pear and toasty brioche all leading on to a sumptuous creamy palate of layer upon layer of lemon, citrus fruit and vanilla notes all balanced with a clean, mineral intensity that you always expect from this vineyard.
