"Ale aged in oak barrels with nectarines.
Ghost Note is a Farmhouse style ale brewed with a hint of spelt. The spelt not only adds more to the body of the beer but the yeast reacts differently to the grain as opposed to barley. We don't use that much of it in this blend but what we do use is a "ghost note" amount. It isn't always forward in your tasting experience but it does make all the difference when brewing.
