Made from a relatively rare French grape variety, Jurançon Noir, this organic treat is a named in protest of regulators telling Fabien to remove the Jurançon Noir listing from his wines.

Rising - One Acre Chardonnay 750ml
Chardonnay | 12.5% | Yarra Valley, VIC

A snapshot of one of our favorite blocks at Rising Vineyard from the 2021 season. A zesty and mineral wine with concentration, tension, and power.

Aromas of fresh herbs and pink grapefruit give an immediate impression of the zesty, mouth-watering palate to come, with hints of freshly baked bread and toasty brioche indicative of time in oak. The palate has an intense mineral drive of wet rock and sea-spray. Considered use of quality oak adds further complexity to the structure and mouthfeel , and contributes a subtle apple pie character providing balance to this steely chardonnay. A concentrated mid-palate with tension, fruit-drive and power.

Dal Zotto - Tabelo Col Fondo Prosecco 750ml
Prosecco | 12.2% | King Valley, VIC

Tabelo was a nickname given to Giovanni by his friends in the village of Valdobbiadene, where he ran a successful taxi business. Every Christmas, he would give his loyal customers a panettone and a bottle of Prosecco Col Fondo, which he and his sons made using Prosecco from the family’s vineyard in the hills of Valdobbiadene. To help him, Tabelo would enlist Otto’s services to take the gifts to his customers, thanking them for their support over the year. So, in memory of Giovanni, we will release Tabelo every year in time for Christmas!
