"Brooding Dark Berry fruits along with some savoury & black olive aromas. A small portion (25%) of this wine spent time in second fill French oak providing structure and some sweet vanilla aromas. The palate is rich and full of fresh dark berry fruits yet retains an elegance achieved through cold fermentation. Fine firm tannins on the finish complete this concentrated yet fresh and fruitful Shiraz. With careful cellaring this wine will continue to evolve for over many years to come." -Bruno & George
