"Skin-contact Gewurztraminer and whole bunch pressed Sauvignon blanc make the foundation of this aromatic crusher, followed by blending and co-fermenting small portions of every varietal we process during the vintage: carbonic and skin contact Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Chardonnay and Riesling. Organic and dry-farmed vineyards, wild fermentation, no fining, no filtration and minimal sulfur at bottling. This wine is an accessible crowd-pleaser anyone at the table.
