"Pull the cork on this beauty & like a genie in a bottle release some of the most complex & ethereal aromas you will find in a wine. Straight up we have strong violet characters & hints of rose petal leaping out of the glass but don't sip just yet! Take your time to swirl & bury your nose back in. Do this several times & that complexity of aromas comes to the fore. Confectionery nuances of turkish delight & freshly spun fairy floss combines with some more green herbal characters that sits somewhere between fresh basil & dried oregano.

Once all that has been deciphered now you can take more note of the colour. Bright ruby with a brilliant deep pink hue almost glows in the glass. Now you can sip! The flavours don't disappoint working harmoniously with the aforementioned & displaying classic Grenache varietal red fruits of strawberries, raspberries & hints of dark cherries. Medium bodied style with crunchy acidity & balanced tannins combined with the fruit forwardness of this magnificent wine lends itself as the best food wine pairing for white meat.
