Finally … after 2 years resting in barrel, we are ready to unleash these collaborative ‘’creations’’ upon the world.
These beguiling beverages made in collaboration with Bridge Road Brewers really blur the lines between beer and … well, something different. The idea was to leave them in barrel long enough, so they took on some of the complex oxidative characters that were so prominent in the fortified wines before them. It’s been a long wait, but we think these incredibly interesting and delicious "beers" are worth it!
