We make wine using traditional French techniques and a minimal intervention approach, to preserve natural flavours and create memorable drinking experiences.
2025 was an early and fast vintage, after moist Spring and a drier, warmer Summer than previous years. The yields were plentiful and the fruit full of intense flavour. We used a large percentage of whole bunches in the ferments, bringing an ethereal character to the wine. Rich with sour cherry, five spice and rhubarb characters our 2025 Pinot Noir is yet again another remarkably appealing product." -Bress
