The third and final offering of our #DSNTEN Specialty Rye single-brand releases was pulled from three casks of Rittenhouse Rye. Again, this is a sliver of the same Darkstar November 2023 base, aged exclusively in these Rittenhouse casks.
These three casks showcase a gorgeous chocolate-toffee roundness and, simultaneously, a heightened rye spice character. Lindsay marks this as the best of the set: 'The rye is so vibrant here, but it's perfectly integrated. The molasses richness of the DSN TEN base is compounded and smoothed out by all the cocoa, nutmeg, and maple of the Rittenhouse line, and it makes for something really special.'" - Bottle Logic
