"We’ve taken a house fermented Pinot Gris and blended it with a muscat barrel aged Golden Wild Ale.
We’ve used a carbonic maceration technique to slowly ferment the grapes and create a soft, funky and fruit forward wine. We’ve then blended it with a one year old muscat barrel aged Golden Wild Ale.
It’s dry, funky and tart with flavours of stone fruits, citrus and jasmine" - Black Arts Beer
