This beer is 50% young saison that was dry hopped with 8g/L fresh Citra and blended with some 1 year old beer that showed complex funk, oak and acidity. Brett has turned the citrus notes of Citra into big bright passionfruit that finishes with a hint of funk and tartness." - Black Arts
