"PASTRYBALL pays homage to one of the most underated & misunderstood whiskeys of our time. The almighty Fireball.
We brewed a large chocolate heavy base stout, blending in a special cinnamon & gingerbread infused malt from Belgium. Loaded it up with lactose for that creamy sweet full mouthfeel, then conditioned on Madagascan vanilla bean & a well known cinnamon Whiskey. The result is a Fireball like dream with spice, subtle heat & a smooth sweet roundness. The perfect sipper of a big beer or, if you are feeling adventurous, an epic Boilermaker when paired with a nip of Fireball - which we suggest best consumed on the rocks & savoured." -Banks
