"Normal Sauce is a hazy IPA that we really tried to make as drinkable as possible whilst packing in huge amounts of hops & flavour. We have amped up our water profile & mash regime to create a full mouthfeel whilst aiming for a drier finish with more attenuation in the beer for drinkability & to really let the hops pop.
Its jumping with hop character, full but not sweet & a little dank. Super tasty.
