"The Ardbeg Committee was formed in 2000 as a hub for Ardbeg Whisky drinkers to learn more about the distillery and its creations. Amongst its offerings is a yearly release exclusive to Committee members. The SN 2015 was matured in ex Sherry and ex-Bourbon casks and comes in a monstrous 100ppm. Needless to say the peat is plentiful and follows the tasting experience from start to finish alongside linseed oil, vanilla, lime, chilli, ginger, star anise and marmalade."
