This elegant sparkling wine is made in the traditional method with secondary fermentation occurring in the bottle where it is aged on yeast lees for approximately 3 years. The resulting wine has a fine bead, delicate fruit, brioche and a well balanced acid structure. A lovely aperitif or perfect for any celebration." - Amherst
