Amalgamation - West Coast IPA

"Malts: Pilsner base, Dextrin for body, Vienna for a drizzle of honey sweetness and a pinch of Light Munich for depth to support dank.

Hops: Whirlpool additions of Vic Secret and Mosaic Incognito for a 10g/L flavour charge. A huge addition of Mosaic Incognito hop tea added during yeast pitch straight into the tank.

Dry Hopped at terminal with Vic Secret, Cryo Mosaic, Citra and Krush at a whopping 26g/L, then finished off with Quantum Brite Citra and Mosaic.

Aromas of reduced mango nectar, pineapple jam and freshly cut apple wood resin waft out the glass as a lean, dry and dank mouth full of too drinkable West Coast that fills the mouth hole. Enjoy lovelies." - Amalgamation
