Bush vines were handpicked and trellised vines were selectively harvested. Wild fermented with roughly 15% whole bunch fermentation overall with 3 weeks on skins. Matured for 10 months in seasoned barriques. Full and spontaneous MLF.

NOSE: Raspberry liquorice, rose petals and cranberries.

PALATE: Bright, juicy berries tempered by a spicy element rolls out on a velvet carpet of plush tannins and vibrant acidity.
