"A beer of mixed fermentation inspired by the Flemish-style "Oude Bruin". Produced using various fermentation and maturation techniques including kettle souring, abbreviated fermentation, maturation on old wine barrels with lactic acid bacteria and wild yeast, and blended of young and very old ale.
