Since 2016, Wildflower have been brewing & blending some of the best wild ales in Aus. Using diverse yeasts and bacteria collected from native flowers in NSW in their brews, Wildflower champion region, time and place.
With the team officially closing their doors at the end May 2026, these releases aren’t just world-class mixed-culture ales, they are now pieces of Australian brewing history. Grab a bottle (or two) for the cellar while you still can!
