Spencer Brewery
We have managed to score some of the last bottles available of what was once the only Trappist-certified brewery outside of Europe, which sadly ceased operations in 2022. Spencer Brewery, based in Massachussets, was a brewery run by St. Joseph's Abbey and was making some top-quality and award-winning Trappist style brews since 2014. Both of these styles are cellar-worthy, with one perfect for the upcoming Xmas season! Make sure to grab this unique piece of beer history!
