Kemker Kultuur Beer
Kemker Kultuur are the only wild ale producing brewery in Germany! Located just outside of Munster, they brew historic styles that were common within the area many years ago. Using wild yeast and aging in barrels, the beers they produce are nuanced, complex and unique. You'll find them producing wild ales, gruit (herb rather than hop) and saisons using flowers, herbs and fruit from nearby areas, with plans to make their own farm in the future.
